Scouting for girls to host music festival

A music festival featuring local bands is to be held this weekend.
Girlguiding Lancashire North West is holding the event from August 29-31, starting with a guide campfire on Friday evening.

The event, which has been tagged Guystonbury, will be held at Guys Farm Activity Centre, Bay Horse, Forton, near Lancaster.

Local bands will play on Saturday night and during the day girl guides will take part in activities such as climbing, samba drumming, salsa dancing, cheerleading, pedal karting and archery.
