DSS farce at Dole StreetChorley Amateur Dramatic and Operatic Society present Michael Cooney's farce Cash on Delivery.
Michael - son of playwright Ray Cooney - penned this farce which opens with anti-hero Eric Swan recognising tha
t his life of defrauding the DSS has become too complicated and decides to kill off his fictitious benefit-claiming lodgers.
Cash on Delivery is at Chorley Little Theatre, Dole Street, from Monday, September 15 to Saturday, September 20. Curtain up each night is 7.30pm.

Performing arts classesA new performing arts school is opening in Chorley.
Students aged five to 16 will be trained in singing, dancing, drama and musical theatre techniques.
Workshops will take place from 5.30-7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at St James CE Primary School, Devenport Way, Chorley.
