Corrie's Roy helps out with the panto
Preston Musical Comedy Society is venturing into pantomime for the first time in its 55-year history with Cinderella at The Playhouse, Market Street West in Preston.
Ex-Coronation Street star Roy Barraclough – who began his
acting career at The Playhouse – co-wrote the script.
Cinderella is from Mon-Sat, December 8-20 at 7.30pm; matinees at 2.30pm on Sundays December 14 and 20. There will be no evening performances on Sunday or Monday, December 14-15. Tickets: £8 adults, £6 children, pensioners and students.

Lancaster Footlights present the Alan Bennett classic The Lady in the Van next week at The Grand Theatre, St Leonardgate, Lancaster from Tuesday, October 14 to Saturday, October 18.
