Lancaster Grand's new season is out to brighten the dark nights and lift spirits during hard financial times, and starts with Jeremy Hardy tomorrow (Sat, Oct 4).
He's one of the UK's foremost stand-up comedians.
To BBC Radio 4 audiences, Hardy is renowned for his incredibly off-key singing, as showcased in Sorry I Haven't a Clue, and for his often left-wing orientated witty interpretations of current events in The News Quiz.
Jeff Green appears at the theatre on Thursday, November 13. Another of Britain's top stand-ups and a self-confessed member of the Tupperware generation, he can regularly be seen on They Think it's All Over, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Apollo Theatre and the Clive James Show.
The Grand also welcomes back comedian, presenter and writer Barry Cryer, after last year's sellout show, on Saturday November 15.
Box Office: 01524 64695.

Dominic Kirwan is back at the Charter Theatre on Sunday, October 5.
One of Ireland's most versatile performers brings a fast moving and spectacular show performing songs from his top selling chart album A Little Bit More together with many avourites.
Box office: 0845 344 2012
