Stereophonics will be playing a huge show at The Echo Arena in Liverpool on December 9 as part of a full UK tour to mark the release of their forthcoming Greatest Hits album.
The band, who are playing V Festival this weekend, are expected to revisit all their classics at the show from early stuff like The Bartender And The Thief right up to songs from their latest UK Number One album, Pull The Pin. The album, Decade In The Sun: The Best Of Stereophonics, is their first "best of" collection and is released on November 17 on V2.
It will include hits from all six of the band's studio albums, five of which went to Number One in the UK, and two new tracks.

Ladyhawke, AKA New Zealand songstress Pip Brown, embarks on her first UK headline tour at the end of September and will be coming to Manchester's Roadhouse.
Pip, who is also to support up and coming American band Black Kids on the second-half of their European tour from the end of October, will play the Roadhouse on October 5.
Moving from her small town in New Zealand to Sydney and then to London in 2007, she wrote, recorded and played four instruments on her forthcoming eponymous debut album, on on Monday September 22.

Chart-topping songstress Duffy has announced a 12 date UK tour in November – including two back-to-back shows in Manchester.
The Rockferry star will play Manchester Apollo on two consecutive nights, November 29 and 30.
The tour rounds off an exceptional year for the star who hails from the town she named her smash hit album after. Rockferry is officially the UK's biggest selling album of this year.
Duffy is now back in the UK after appearances at Lollapalooza, Montreal's Osheaga Festival and New Jersey's All Points West.
She plays V Festival this weekend, following a stunning festival debut at Glastonbury Festival.
Her new single, Stepping Stone will be released on August 31.

Former Soft Cell singer Marc Almond is to appear live at King Georges Hall next month.
The Southport-born vocalist, who survived a near fatal motorbike crash in 2004, returned to the stage last year and is now performing regularly again.
He is playing two one-off North West shows, with the first at Warrington Parr Hall on Sept 11 before his show at Blackburn the next day.

Legendary Australian outfit Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds have announced a UK tour in November.
Cave is following the Bad Seeds sold-out UK tour in May to promote this year's acclaimed album, Dig, Lazarus, Dig!! with a second outing.
