It was show business as usual when Jimmy Cricket paid a visit to a Lancashire theatre.
The top Irish comic will perform live at the Chorley Little Theatre on Saturday July 11 when extensive work to fix its roof is finished.

The group behind the theatre have been landed with a six-figure repair bill after an inspection revealed some unexpected problems.

Jimmy turned out to support the theatre's Raise the Roof" campaign ahead of his performance there.

As part of its fund-raising, the theatre is staging a show of songs from musicals from Thursday to Saturday, June 25-27.

Buy tickets for shows at Chorley Little Theatre from Malcolm's Musicland on 01257 264362.
