* Force online booksellers Amazon and other retailers take Final Exit and other DIY suicide manuals off the list.
* Encourage, through new regulations and legislation, Internet providers and website administrators to take responsibility for the content and monitoring of chat rooms and news groups on the subject of suicide.
* Raise awareness in homes, schools and government of the disturbing material and discussions taking place on the Internet, particularly to raise concerns about the accessibility of that material to young, vulnerable people.
