Three firms have become the latest new tenants to move into a Preston business centre.
Manufacturers Pyroglass and Comack Turner and biology firm Seward will occupy 40,000 sq ft of the Astra Business Centre on Roman Way, Ribbleton.

Pyroglass is a manufacturer of glass rope seals for both commercial and domestic markets, Seward prod
uces sample preparation equipment for microbiology, biochemistry and cell biology applications and Comack Turner is a furniture manufacturer.

Centre managing director Alister Reid said: "The new additions further illustrate the versatility of the accommodation available, which has quickly gained an excellent reputation amongst the region's business community. It is proof that the there is certainly still demand for space as the provision of business facilities in the North West continues to gather pace."

The centre was advised by solicitor Mark Niven, of the Preston office of Brabners Chaffe Street, with Preston commercial property agents HDAK.

Mr Niven said: "The popularity of Astra Business Centre is testament to the landlord's achievement on both levels, and it is also very good news for the Preston region."
