Fresh merger for Marsden

A Preston law firm will complete its second merger in 12 months with a Chorley company later this week.
Marsden Rawsthorn, which recently moved to Faraday Drive in Fulwood, is to join forces with Hardwicks Solicitors on Thursday, May 1, exactly a year after its last merger between Marsden and Rawsthorn Solicitors.

The deal will add a second Chorley office to the company's portfolio with the former Rawsthorn office on St Thomas's Road.
