A TEENAGER had spoken of his shock after being repeatedly stabbed by former friends in a row over money - five days before he was shot dead, a court heard.
Tarek Chaiboub, aged 17, was allegedly attacked on his own doorstep after being given a lift home by two old pals.
Sheffield Crown Court heard Michael Chattoo, aged 21, and Javan Galloway, aged 20, allegedly inflicted seven stab wounds as he lay o
n the ground.
Chattoo - known as Mikey B - of Daniel Hill Street, Upper-thorpe, and Javan Galloway, of Nottingham Street, Burngreave, deny attempted murder.
Tarek, of Castledine Gardens, Wincobank, survived the attempt on his life in the early hours of July 6 last year, but was shot dead outside Frenchie's barber shop, Spital Street, Burngreave five days later.
Mohammed Chaiboub - Tarek's brother - said he visited him in hospital, and Tarek told him what had happened.
Henry Grunwald QC, defending, asked Mr Chaiboub if he knew about an earlier incident in which Tarek had allegedly robbed a member of the Emmi's Boys gang of £14,000 by holding a gun against his head.
Mr Chaiboub said: "I just know there was some sort of incident."
The court heard Mr Chaiboub was driving in Firth Park five weeks after Tarek's death when his car was stopped and smashed up by men with baseball bats.
Chattoo, Nigel Junior Ramsey, 22, and Denzil Emmanuel Ramsey, 20, both of Andover Street, Burngreave, and a 17-year-old youth are charged with Tarek's murder.
The case continues.
